We require 24 hours notice to cancel or there will be a late cancellation fee of 50% or a no show fee of the full amount of your appointment. We understand that occasionally things come up and you need to reschedule, however repeated last minute schedule changes are tricky for us to manage.
We know that many of you have been waiting for a long time to receive care. If your care is more urgent, please add yourself to the wait list or call the office so we can try and get you in sooner. Your health is our priority.

Pelvic Health (Assessment & Treatment)
Assessment and treatment for urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain conditions such as interstitial cystitis, pain with intimacy, endometriosis, coccydynia, and SI dysfunction. Specialized care for female athletes. Treatment consists of addressing both tissue based drivers and nervous system based drivers to your symptoms. We use a comprehensive approach of education, postural and alignment retraining, myofascial and soft tissue manual therapy, nervous system retraining, specific strengthening and stretching programs, behavioral and biomechanical strategies, and acupuncture. Pelvic health assessments and treatments are provided by our physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
Prenatal/Postpartum (Assessment & Treatment)
Growing and Carrying a baby can mean a lot of change for your body. Our skilled team is trained to care for your prenatal and postpartum physical needs including;
Pubic Symphysis Pain, Pelvic Girdle/Sciatic Pain, Labor & Delivery Education and Prep, Postpartum Pelvic Floor Assessment, Treatment for DRA, Post-Caesarean Care,Return to Exercise and Fitness Plan. Prenatal and Postpartum care is provided by our physiotherapists and occupational therapists
Pediatric Bowel and Bladder (Assessment & Treatment)
Caring assessment and treatment for kiddos with bowel and bladder concerns. Often childhood is when many pelvic floor disorders take root. Early diagnosis and intervention is extremely helpful in managing symptoms and preventing long term issues. Assessment and treatment is carried out in a very fun, but informative and educational way. Parents are encouraged to be a part of the treatment, and will be educated on strategies to put in place at home and at school. Pediatric care is provided by physiotherapists.
Adolescent Pelvic Health (Assessment & Treatment)
Did you know that 49% of adolescent female athletes experience urinary incontinence? Pelvic floor issues are very common in teenagers, yet, most don't talk about them. We are here to help! Common pelvic health concerns among adolescent girls include: leaking with activity or sport, pain with tampon insertion, painful periods, relative energy deficiency syndrome, questions about exercise and training. Adolescent pelvic health is provided by our physiotherapists.
Pessary Prescription and Fittings
Pessaries are small silicone supports inserted into the vagina used to manage and support a pelvic organ prolapse. They are a very effective conservative approach to prolapse management for those who are not surgical candidates or who would like to try a non-surgical option. Pessary prescription and fittings are provided by our physiotherapists.
Musculoskeletal (Assessment & Treatment)
Because sometimes your knee or neck hurts too... Yes, we can and will continue to see you for your "other" musculoskeletal needs as well. Musculoskeletal care is provided by our physiotherapists.
