C&N Schmitt Physiotherapy Inc.

We’re excited to see you! Just a few notes before you arrive:

Please remember that this appointment time is reserved especially for you. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or there will be a late cancellation fee of 50% or a no show fee of the full amount of your appointment. We understand that occasionally things come up and you need to reschedule, however repeated last minute schedule changes are tricky for us to manage.

We are asking that you wait to enter the clinic until your appointment time. As much as we love to see you, thanks for not coming early to hang out :) Please use the provided hand-sanitizer upon entering the clinic, and again before you leave. As per our college recommendations our staff will not be wearing masks for physical assessment and treatments. However, if you prefer that we do wear a mask just ask and we would be happy to put one on. You and yours are welcome in the clinic without a mask.

We know that many of you have been waiting for a long time to receive care. If your care is more urgent, please add yourself to the wait list or call the office so we can try and get you in sooner. Your health is our priority.

Finally, if you are a returning client or really appreciated the care you received here at Elle, please consider leaving us a positive google review here . Pelvic Health is still an area of care that many individuals don’t know exist. This helps others find a place where they can feel heard, cared for and HOPE. It is an honour to serve you.
